Dear Friend:
Warm spring greetings to you and yours! It’s a beautiful
time of year here in northern Florida. Flowers are blooming
everywhere and the temperatures are quite pleasant. I hope
spring has come to your area, too—that is, if you live in
the Northern Hemisphere.
As you know, it has been quite awhile since you have
received the Bridge-Logos newsletter. Please forgive me for
this inordinate delay. As you will see in the sections that
follow, our company has been extremely busy. That, of
course, is a very good thing. worldview
Bridge-Logos Foundation
We have been in transition again, and the result is that
Bridge-Logos is now a not-for-profit ministry/foundation
rather than a for-profit company. This means that we will be
focusing on distributing Christian literature to needy areas
around the world. We hope, for example, to send books and
Bibles to struggling pastors and missionaries in
underprivileged regions of the globe. We will also be
providing prisoners with free books and Bibles.
We seek your prayer support with regard to this new
ministry. Please feel free to let us know of any groups or
individuals that would benefit from these services. Over the
next few months we will share with you how you can
participate in this ministry if you so desire. A New
Book I’m Writing
In a few weeks we’ll be announcing the new book that I’ve
been working on for several months. It deals with
fascinating subject matter that I’ve spent many hours
researching. Please be on the lookout for this new book,
which will be released in time for the Denver ICRS
Convention in July. In fact, I hope I’ll see you there, and
I will be happy to give you a signed copy of my book, as
long as supplies last.

A New Website
Bridge-Logos Foundation is currently developing a
new website, which will be up and running in the
near future. The website will have a variety of
features, such as book trailers, interviews with
authors, downloadable CDs, and live radio
broadcasts. We will appreciate your letting us know
what you think of it, and how you think we might
improve it.
“We’re Talking Books”
Starting April 23rd, I will be hosting a live
radio broadcast each Thursday afternoon at 2:00 EDT.
During these half-hour shows I will be interviewing
our authors about their books. The following authors
have agreed to participate thus far: Ray Comfort,
Gloria Stargel, Leigh-Ann Brisbin, Kevin Cross,
James Gauss, Rita Bennett, David Ferreira, Judith
Goulding, and Peter Tsukahira. I am looking forward
to talking to each of these special people about
their books, and we will keep an updated schedule on
the website for you. We will also email you each
Thursday morning with a reminder of the interview
for that day, and a link to the radio show.
Upcoming Releases
In the next few weeks prior to the ICRS show in
Denver, we will be working hard to publish several
new titles. We feel that this is a particularly
strong list of books that will bring glory to God
and minister to His people everywhere. The
soon-to-be-released titles are:
-

The Day the Dollar Dies by Willard
Cantelon. This very timely book is an updated
re-release of a Logos classic from the seventies
in which Mr. Cantelon prophesies about the death
of the dollar. We are living in a time when it
certainly appears that his predictions are being
fulfilled. You will be fascinated by his
insights into both the past and the future.
(Trade-size paperback; $13.99; ISBN:

Help for the Laid Off by Mary A. Kaarto.
This is another timely book that deals with a
very crucial problem of our times. The current
unemployment rate in America is 8.5%, and many
believe it will rise to 10% in the
not-too-distant future. In this practical book,
Ms Kaarto, who has been laid off twice herself,
gives pointers on how to rise above the
situation, be proactive, and to prepare for the
next opportunity. She puts the emphasis on
thriving, not just surviving. (Trade-size
paperback; $12.99; ISBN: 978-0-88270-989-5.)
- Encounter: Face to Face With Jesus by
Skip Heitzig, the pastor of a large church in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this unique book you
will discover what happens when people from all
backgrounds come face to face with Jesus. This
will enable you to know Jesus in a new dimension
yourself and to experience the “faith-lift” that
comes to those who remain open to the Lord.
(Trade-size paperback; $13.99; ISBN:
978-0-88270-978-9.)
- Torrey on Prayer by R.A. Torrey. This
thrilling book will be this summer’s
contribution to our very popular Pure Gold
Series. Torrey’s writings on prayer reveal the
power that every believer can appropriate
through prayer. Prayer is an important ministry
that every believer can engage in, though many
tend to put it to the side too often. If you
want to learn how to pray with power, let Torrey
teach you. Every page of this book is filled
with nuggets of truth. (Trade-size paperback;
$14.99; ISBN: 978-0-88270-942-0.)
- The book I am writing. I will let you know
its title and its subject in our next
newsletter. Be assured of one thing: it is
timely and intriguing.
Now that I’ve caught you up on some of the
developments that have taken place here at
Bridge-Logos in recent months, please feel free
to email me if you have any questions or
comments. I'm always eager to hear from you.
