Billy MauldinMotor Racing Outreach (MRO) is a non-profit organization founded in 1988 to serve the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup racing community. The mission of MRO is to introduce the racing community to a personal faith in Christ. Billy Mauldin is President and CEO of Motor Racing Outreach (MRO). Mauldin has served MRO as chaplain for various racing series, including the Unlimited Hydroplane Racing series, American Motorcycle Association (AMA), and the NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch series. Mauldin previously served on the campaign staff of U.S. Congressman Robin Hayes. He is a former youth leader assistant for Central Church of God in Charlotte. A lifelong resident of Charlotte, NC, he is married with three children.
