Return Policy

1) Returns must be made within 12 months of the invoice date. Materials must be in undamaged and in resalable condition. Books missing DVDs and DVDs missing shrink-wrap are not returnable. Bridge-Logos will not accept product with author autographs, bent spine, bent corner, price stickers, pages torn, food or beverage stains, highlighting, or written in. Bridge-Logos will not be responsible for returns that are from other publishers except for those products distributed by Bridge. Product with any of these conditions is unacceptable and will not be allowed for credit memo.

2) All overstock returns must consist of in-print titles only. No overstock returns will be accepted if purchases are made on a non-returnable basis.

3) Returns of out-of-print titles will be accepted for up to 6 months after title has been declared Out of Print.

4) For returns, customers will need to get a return authorization. Either e-mail Anchor Distributors at anchor.customerservice@anchordistributors.com, process an RA online on the Anchor website, or fax a return authorization request to 1-800-765-1960.

5) Returns will be credited as per original invoice.

6) Credit memos will be issued to the account on which the invoice was originally billed. Bridge-Logos will mail a copy of each credit memo to the billing account address. Always refer to the credit memo number when deducting and/or corresponding about credit.

7) Damages, defects, or shortages must be reported immediately. Claims from US customers made 30 days or more following the invoice date will not be honored. Claims made from international customers made 60 days or more following invoice date will not be honored. Books missing DVDs and DVDs missing shrink-wrap are not returnable. Postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of Bridge-Logos misshipment or damages, only standard postage/UPS rates will be credited/refunded.

8) For your own protection, please send returns via UPS or other traceable method. Bridge-Logos will not accept USPS media mail returns. Bridge-Logos will not be responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery notification or for returns that are from other publishers.
