 My
name is Jeri Labell; I am a faith
missionary, 3rd grade teacher, serving at the
Tecate Christian School in Tecate, California.My 12 students and I have been working through The Way of the Master, and the Lord told me to expand my borders (Isaiah 54) to encompass the entire student body to attend the Evidence Club, using The Way of the Master Basic Training Course. To date I’ve purchased at least 25 copies of The Evidence Bible for my class and staff.
I have been using my personal support to
invest in this Evidence Club, (I
know it will bring great eternal dividends.) Our Principal feels the
children should pay for their Bibles, but from the beginning I have told
them I believe in my heart that their Abba Father God wants to show His
love and faithfulness to them and bless them with the gift of His WORD.
My student’s zeal for
sharing the Gospel and reading their new
Evidence Bibles has sparked healthy jealousy in the rest of
the student’s body, hence, the birthing of the after school
Evidence Club. The club has provided
the means in which the rest of the interested student body can learn how
to share their faith effectively and obtain their own
leather copy of
The Evidence Bible. I was
overwhelmed with joy when 55 students showed up.
I didn’t get the material till one day before the club was to start. I
cried out to the Lord, “I’m not ready,” He said,” Jeri, I AM!
I know the Lord is equipping this
generation of Mexican children to impact their world for Jesus. |
